One of the best workouts in the world is when a person gets in an Olympic-sized pool and just starts swimming laps. The pressure and resistance that your body endures as you’re swimming just a few laps is like doing a full 10 minute workout with dumbbells. In case you haven’t heard or seen, swimmers are some of the most “in-shape” people in any type of shape or form. The reason for this is due to the fact that a swimmer’s entire body is something that is pushed by the distributional weight that water encompasses and ultimately applies on every feature of the human body.
Seeing that most people don’t have an Olympic-sized pool to swim in and do really long laps, we’ve designed and developed our stationary swimmer system.
