The study found that swimmers were able to lose more weight and more off their waistlines than the walkers

Ultimately, how much you lose depends on you. As we stated in our last blog, your technique can mean all of the difference when it comes to swimming. If you are performing the strokes poorly, then your body will not want to continue as long or as often. The other thing to keep in mind is that you will want to eat more than normal after swimming.
